Tai Chi For You Classes in Kent

Classes

Below are details of the weekly classes we run. There is no need to book just turn up & join at any time!

Although Tai Chi is not strenuous you may want to bring a bottle of water. It is adviseable to wear loose comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.

For your information we are both qualified Dr Paul Lam Tai Chi For Health Instructors and are both InstructorMembers of the Tai Chi Union For Great Britain. We both are HSE certified Emergency First Aiders and hold insurance for our classes.

Tai Chi Workshops

If you'd like to try Tai Chi or cannot make a regular class, we run workshops for beginners.

The next workshops will be on 11th May at Sellindge Village Hall .

Daytime

To cater for people that like daytime classes we run several classes during the week. The details of these are below. The cost for each of these is £4.50 for a 45 minute lesson.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO CLASSES BETWEEN 15TH AND 26TH MAY.

Evenings Classes

To cater for people that cannot make the daytime classes we run several classes in the evenings. The details of these are below. The cost for each of these is £6.00 for an hours lesson.
