What is taught?

The Qigong I teach include Ba Duan Jin, 5 animals, 5 elements, 6 sounds and the Tai Chi Forms include the Phoenix in Graceful Clouds of Blessings, Rotation of the Seven Stars, Wudang 8, Wudang 33, Yang 24 and Tai Chi for Health programs.  I was taught these by Master Joe Lok, Master Gu and Dr Paul Lam. 

All my forms are easy to learn and avoid low stances, high impact moves and use gentle postures that make it suitable for all. The controlled breathing has been found to help lower blood pressure, while the gentle flowing movements are great for improving muscle strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination

What are classes like?

All my classes have the focus of working in your comfort zone and if you need to you can do some or all of the class seated. It is an opportunity to learn this gentle form of exercise whilst standing or being seated. For those who feel they would prefer to sit or are unable to stand, I can help you to learn a set of smooth movements designed for this.

For your information I am a qualified Natural Energy Academy &  Tai Chi For Health Instructor and members of the Tai Chi Union For Great Britain. Hold HSE certified Emergency First Aiders and hold insurance for our classes.

Pay Monthly (£7 a session) usually £28 or Pay as you go £8.50 

We introduced a pay monthly price some time ago to reward regular attendees to classes with a discount off of the normal price of a class. Please note that that if you pay monthly, lessons that you are unable to attend do not carry over.
